Buyers may incur delivery or service charges.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Luxphones facilitates delivery through third-party logistics providers.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
- Disputes must be filed within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
We are not liable for losses due to compromised accounts.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, text, images, and software — is owned by Luxphones or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
Sellers retain rights to their product images and descriptions but grant us a license to display them.
